On the Submit page — pick Writing or Art, fill in your piece, and send it to our editors. You'll need to sign in first (just an email, no password).

Generative AI cannot be used in the creative process nor in the creation of your work. If you do use generative AI in any of your work, your submission will not be reviewed or receive feedback. Note: in writing, you may ONLY use tools like Grammarly to check for typos, spelling, and grammar errors — not to change any wording of your text.

Yes, you can submit different pieces in different categories. Please don't submit the same piece more than once, even if you change its category or title. A piece that has already received an award or recognition should not be submitted again.

At the end of each month, readers' hearts choose the most-loved writing, art, and code in each grade band as Monthly Winners — they get a permanent spot on our Winners page. Additional awards are being planned by our team.

Monthly winners appear on the Winners page at the start of each month. If your piece earns an award, we'll also reach out to the email on your account.

To exercise and grow your creative skills, see your work published for a real audience, and take part in our monthly community celebrations. Every original piece that passes review gets published — you don't have to beat anyone to belong here.
